Matthew 28:18-20
Responding to the call of God's Word, going beyond the pulpit to aid to the care of the community and ministry.
Outreach Ministry
Outreach is defined as reaching out to others, or becoming involved in a community or effort. When an organization reaches out to citizens in a community to help them find food and shelter. This is an example of outreach. Being a division of care, the outreach ministry, known as REACH, has the community needs upon their shoulders.
This area of ministry focuses on some of the following areas:
Geared to provide important education to the community and surrounding areas and to be the bridge between VCDC and the community needs.

As an extension of care, the Outreach Ministry also known as REACH carries the responsibility of responding to the needs of the community with the love of Christ. It serves as a visible expression of the church’s heart, demonstrating that ministry goes beyond words into action.
Purpose and Focus
The Outreach Ministry is committed to:
-
Providing meaningful education and resources to the community and surrounding areas
-
Addressing practical needs while creating opportunities for spiritual impact
-
Serving as a bridge between the church and the community
-
Identifying and responding to areas where help, support, and presence are needed most
Through REACH, we extend the mission of the ministry beyond the building—bringing hope, help, and healing directly to the people.
