Inward Fellowship is a covenant family of churches drawn to Christ, formed inwardly by the Spirit, and sent outward together in mission. Our purpose is to strengthen pastors, leaders, and congregations through spiritual covering, biblical leadership training, shared resources, and a community of care. While we are not a church we serve the church in varius ways.

We are drawn to Christ, to fellowship in covenant with a body of believers, growing together in love, faith, and purpose.
We are not simply a network we are a spiritual family committed to walking together in faith, accountability, and mission.
Our foundation is rooted in the belief that true Kingdom advancement begins inwardly—through spiritual formation, relational alignment, and a deep commitment to Christ. From that place of inward strength, we are then sent outward to impact communities, cities, and nations.

Biblically grounded leadership development that equips pastors and ministry leaders with sound teaching, mentoring, and practical ministry skills.
Accountability for pastors & churches
Covenant accountability agreements, annual church health review, and board/finance safeguards.
A Fellowship Council to provide guidance and mediate when needed.
