The Leading With Your Hands Up Leadership Training Institute (L.W.Y.H.U.) is the official leadership development arm of Victorious Hope Ministry (VHM), established to equip and prepare leaders within our house and in conjunction with InWard Fellowship.
The purpose of the L.W.Y.H.U. Leadership Training Program is rooted in the biblical mandate: “For the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”

We believe God is calling His church to prepare through sound, scriptural teaching. The Lord is raising up an army of faithful servants to go forth and declare His glory. Just as preparation is essential for any soldier, LWYHU training equips believers for effective ministry and leadership.
